The Workouts

In terms of how often I'll be posting Workout of the Days (WODs), I'll be primarily using a 3 days on, one day off scheme. I also won't be posting warm-up or cool-down stuff because you have to do what works for you.

What to Expect

I take most of my workouts from either the CrossFit main page or from this document, as well as a few other places. Sometimes I'll make up a workout myself that is usually inspired by a CrossFit workout. I'll try to remember to give credit where it is due.

I'll usually post my time for the workout, post yours to the comments. Also, if you want a scaled version, either make one up (and post it in the comments, please) or ask for one and I'll try to come up with something. Also, scalings for WODs from the main CrossFit site can be found here.

If you need to learn how to do exercises, I would suggest the CrossFit exercises and demos section, and if that fails just use Google or whatever.

The Purpose

So I'm going to post my workouts here because I've had a couple requests and the B-team bboard isn't accessible by everyone that wants them. Think of this as a workout blog like Jdono's, but for people who aren't as hardcore as him (like me).
