I take most of my workouts from either the
CrossFit main page or from
this document, as well as a few other places. Sometimes I'll make up a workout myself that is usually inspired by a CrossFit workout. I'll try to remember to give credit where it is due.
I'll usually post my time for the workout, post yours to the comments. Also, if you want a scaled version, either make one up (and post it in the comments, please) or ask for one and I'll try to come up with something. Also, scalings for WODs from the main CrossFit site can be found
here.
If you need to learn how to do exercises, I would suggest the CrossFit exercises and demos section, and if that fails just use Google or whatever.
