KB Swing/Double Unders/Situps/Squats + Weighted Pullups

For time:
With a partner
4 rounds of:
20 KB swings, 1.5 pood
20 Double unders
20 Situps (abmat, butterfly)

Only one partner can be working a time on each movement, both partners complete the prescribed number of each movement. While one partner is working the other is doing air squats, then you switch.

I don't know how long this took, or particularly care. It was okay, started to hurt in my quads, that went away, then in my lower back. KB swings and situps unbroken, made some mistakes on the DUs, should practice a bit more. Kind of a silly workout.

Then

Work to a 1RM weighted pullup (they got a Rogue dip belt at the gym and offered to let me try it out.

I went really quickly but I hit 70lbs, kinda close on 75 but didn't try 72.5. All in all not bad. Arm was bothering me a little so I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Wall Climb/Up-Down/Parellete Pass-Through/Grasshopper

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Wall climbs
10 Up-downs
5 Parallette pass-throughs (forward + back = 1)
10 Grasshoppers (right + left = 1)

For the wall climbs, toes and chest touch the ground to toes and chest touch the wall. For the up-downs, thighs touch the ground then stand up fully. For the pass-throughs, the hips open at the front and back. For the grasshoppers, the shin contacts the opposite forearm.

9 rounds + 8 up-downs
My knees hurt like a bitch

85% = ~182, 12x185 (went to failure, mostly mental I think)
75% = ~161, 20x160 (stopped and racked the bar, back was hurting)
Holy shitballs this was brutal.

This might not have been hard but after the squats it really hurt after I finished.

“Death By 10 Meters”
Minute 1 – sprint 10 meters (Cone 1 to Cone 2)
Minute 2 – sprint 20 meters (Cone 1 to Cone 2 and back to Cone 1)
Minute 3 – sprint 30 meters (Cone 1 to Cone 2 to Cone 1 back to Cone 2)
And so on until sprint cannot be completed in a minute. Athlete must touch the ground behind the cone when changing directions. Record number of rounds completed.
