Missed 150 a few ways. On the last one I hit the hang snatch and missed the one from the floor behind, so I called that good enough.

This was probably not the best idea after yesterday's snatches and overhead squats. The EMOM at 135 was brutal.

This was heavy. I was using a bar with no knurling on the outside and therefore using straps, but it was still awkward (same for EMOM).

This was really heavy. Missed rep 2 of minute 1 behind and rep 2 of minute 4 in front.

Back squat + Row/Toe to bar/Wall ball/Power clean/Muscle up

Worked on not bouncing so much since I rely on it a lot and it has been irritating my back. After I did a set of 4 reps to just below 90- my sticking point with 135lbs.

This workout was tough. My abs were cramping and I was pretty much redlined on the power cleans, which is very unusual for me.
