Hang power snatch

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes
2 hang power snatch, 105lbs

Strict muscle ups- hit a triple (PR)
Kipping muscle ups- hit 4 in a row; I haven't done that in a long time

Later on...
3 sets of 17 strict pull ups. Lots of rest between sets.
