Missed the jerk, then clarked, then hit it. Clarked 205 twice. Glad I could do it at all with my shoulder.

Many of you established goals as part of the Fall Challenge, it’s time to get to work on them. If you do not have goals, it’s time to establish them.
Not sure what to do with this. Did some Sott's presses, working up to 75x5 I think. Did a couple of muscle ups and handstands. Mostly tried to find things that didn't hurt my shoulder after really irritating it yesterday with front squats.

Utah Trip
Trip to southern Utah with my brother and Dad. Did a two night backpack on the west rim in Zion and some day-hiking around the area. Eventually I'll get pictures up!
