Bunch of crap + Back squat/Ring row/Ring dip

15 Minutes of GOAL Work
Many of you established goals as part of the Fall Challenge, it’s time to get to work on them. If you do not have goals, it’s time to establish them.

Not sure what to do with this. Did some Sott's presses, working up to 75x5 I think. Did a couple of muscle ups and handstands. Mostly tried to find things that didn't hurt my shoulder after really irritating it yesterday with front squats.

7 Strict Ring Dips
