Snatch + Front squat

Snatch complex
Superman pause + snatch + snatch

Worked up to 140. Skipped 140 and went 135-145, missed 145 a couple times (hit the first snatch twice), then back to 135 and smoked it before hitting 140 on second attempt.

5x5 front squat
195lbs (just over 80%)
