October 5-10, 2010

Just practice on Tuesday and Thursday. A little double under practice on Thursday. I pretty much am taking this week off to try to get my abdominal tear to heal. Sorry I haven't been posting.

  1. 2 days of slacklining. Made a lot of progress. Poses in the air, stretching to knee, more confident 360s, vaulting, jumping REALLY high, etc.

    Played club regionals with Brown under the alias of "Invention of Laying" yesterday. First game was against ironsides. I scored 1 of our 3 points.

    Aerials club tonight. I am emphatically NOT FLEXIBLE. Also, my abs and arms are kinda weak which surprises me.
