Good lord that felt slow. 3rd time doing box jumps in a WOD, 1st time for the DB snatches. Nice programming.

Skills (omg they're back)
Double unders
Pull-ups (trying to get more comfortable with my kip again)
Handstands
Handstand pushups (new PR: 3!)

    Tried a few more cartwheels but no successes. It's getting really cold.

    Melissa came and we both had discs in our bag so we did double disc drill for a little and then tried to toss the disc while we were both on the line. Our record for catches without falling is 10.
