Short, should have done double the double unders or something. Maybe 60-10 by 10s or something... Wasn't bad. Once I got past the very first double under the rest were unbroken.

  1. 1 Hour Aerials Club
    I went to Aerials Club for the first time (the guy who can do HSPUs is an instructor). We started learning the Lyra and the aerial silk. It doesn't provide the mentality I was looking for in gymnastics (since gymnastics is competitive and this stuff is performance) but hopefully it will be a fun way to build upper body strength and flexibility for the line.
