This was a really stupid idea. Seems to have slightly aggravated my abdominal tear thing.

    Not a lot of people showed up so I got a lot of practice. Worked on butt bounces for awhile and landed a 360 on the mediumline (it might have been my first one).

  3. No successful butt bounces yet but I'm getting more confident in dropping from standing on the line into a seated position. I don't get enough spring from the drop though so eventually I'll need to jump up and drop down.
