Deadlift/Situps/Run

10 deadlift, 185lbs

Deadlift felt like shit so I scaled it down to 185 and it still kinda felt like shit.

  1. 1 Hour flip + spin session in the middle of the day. Got really dehydrated and it wasn't very productive. Did some static stuff to finish off.

    1 Hour Nightline working basic poses and transitions. The line was really loose and I thought I wasn't going to be able to work anything but it was great for bb cb combos. Worked no-handed chestbounces, kicks, grabs. Not a lot of spins.
