For total max reps, full tabatas (8 rounds) of each 20s on/10s off
Jumping lunges
Ring Dips
Toes to bar
Double unders
L-hold on parallettes- 5 burpee penalty if you drop
Subtract the burpees from your total to get your final score.
Score: 404
Couldn't L-hold AT ALL so I ended up pretty much just doing burpees. I suck at toes to bar. Overall pretty good WOD, pretty hard.
