Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups
Scaled to 35lb dumbbells, did mostly tuck pullups, pretty good Ls for the first round though.
Like 45mins...
