Pushups/Front Squats

WOD
AMRAP 8 mins
15 hand release pushups
5 front squats, 135lbs (bar taken from ground)

5 rounds + 15 pushups

Then did the last 5 front squats- did 4 and lost the bar with one hand, tried to squat and it rolled off my shoulders. Cleaned it and did the last one.
