Five minutes to complete unbroken sets of double unders or get as far as you can.
5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 – 30 – 35 – 40 – 45 – 50 – 45 – 40 – 35 – 30 – 25 – 20 – 15 – 10 – 5

Hit 50, failed 45 on the way down in the high 30s twice

Strength: Push Press
Work to a heavy 1 Rep
Then 3 sets of 3 @ 90% of that effort.
