Strength: Front Squat
Work to a heavy 3 Rep
Then 2 sets of 5 at 90% of that

225 for triple
200 for sets of five

Conditioning: “2014 Carolina Fitness Challenge WOD 3″
AMRAP in 10 Minutes
3 Handstand Push Ups
6 Power Cleans 155/105
9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

4 rounds + 3 HSPU
Really struggled with the power cleans. Really struggled.
