Unbroken! A few months ago I would have scaled this but I was feeling brave today and I did the overhead squats unbroken (not smoothly, I struggled on the last reps of the sets of 21 and 15) but I didn't rest the bar on my back or put it down. The push-ups were rough, they're nasty after OH/S.

    Worked back bounces, sicknasties, and crook 540s. These tricks are getting less scary and more consistent!
