Rest Day

  1. Went to Mel's old gymnastics gym in Cape Cod and got to play on some of the equipment. Her old coach also gave some tips and my Nasty Chest improved dramatically. It is truly amazing what a set of experienced eyes can do for your technique.

    I played around on the trampoline and learned a barani. I'm planning on taking it to the line soon. Wish I had access to a trampoline in Providence :(
