Muscle up/Handstand push-up

3 muscle ups every minute on the minute as long as able or 10 mins
5 mins- last one was 2-F-F-1

3 strict handstand push-ups ever minute on the minute for 10 minutes

2 muscle ups EMOM for 5 minutes

2 muscle ups EMOM for 5 minutes

1-2 mins rest between
