Clean and Jerk (12 Minutes to a 1 Rep Max)

Got under 220 but couldn't stand it up. Right shoulder not great.

EMOM for 16 Minutes
Odd Minutes (1st, 3rd, 5th, etc.)
1 Clean Pull @ 65-75% of 1RM above
1 Clean from the Floor
1 Clean from the Knee
1 Jerk
Even Minutes (2nd, 4th, 6th, etc.)
20 Double Unders

Right shoulder not great. Shocking, I know.
