Snatch pull + snatch from floor + snatch from below knee + overhead squat
Up to 155, I think that's a PR from the hang, pressed it out a bit
Hit the pull + snatch at 160, which was nice

Even mins- clean from floor + low hang (2") clean + clean from below knee + jerk
No "bounce" out of hang position- full stop
Odd mins-20 double unders
Clean and jerk complex at 160
Right shoulder very pinchy and nervey
