2 Hours Shortline A few cartwheel attempts but no successes. I can land 360s more than 50% of the time now. I also hit a new 180 mount from the straddle. My tailbone is kinda bruised from practicing the straddle mount.
I couldn't sleep last night and was thinking about possible moves that I could work towards. The press to handstand is a long term goal and although I am making progress it is fairly slow and requires me to build strength. A elbow lever pirouette on the line would be baller but I think it would have to be one handed so I'll need to work my one handed balance. Also, a front walkover should be possible especially if I start from a vertical lever. For a lot of moves flexibility is key so I'm going to try and focus on it a little more. Also, leg strength - I would like to be able to pull my knees to my chest without using my arms.

Knees to chest sounds more like core strength than leg strength. Just sayin'
ReplyDeleteAnd hip flexibility.
