Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
My time (including 3min breaks): 32:06
Unanchored sit-ups. I was able to do the first 3 sets of pull-ups unbroken. The push-ups and sit-ups were the slowest part.
