Run/Goblet Squats/SDHP

15 goblet squats, 1.5 pood
10 SDHP, 95lbs barbell

Could feel it in my low back in the beginning of the first round.

Double unders
Attempted bar muscle ups
Butterfly pull-ups

  1. 1.5 Hours Medium length line. Worked all kinds of 180s and started trying chest bounces again. My rib seems to be healed but I'm still planning on laying off it for another week or so just to be safe.

  2. I've been creeping silently for awhile :) Haven't been slacking much cause of the rib and lots of end of the semester projects.
