Wall balls. Yay.

WOD
For Time:
Class breaks up into teams of three or more. One person rows and one person runs while the rest of the team performs squats, pushups, and walking lunges. As a team, you must cover 10,000 meters* between the run and the row.

*Coach reserves the right to adjust distance based on class size.

I don't know, who cares? Workout was kind of dumb, we had 6 people on our team, did the runs in 500m chunks. Next time 200m intervals all the way. I ran a total of 1000m and rowed 0m.
