Back squat + Double under/Wall ball/Bar muscle up

Back Squat (3 Sets of 6 @ 75% - 80%)

Worked on narrower stance and making my feet even, as well as not bouncing. It was not great. Still a lot of knee valgus or adduction or whatever happening.

AMRAP
With a 10 Minute Clock
4 Rounds
50 Double Unders
25 Wall Ball Shots 20/16 (To 9')

Then Max Effort Bar Muscle Ups with remaining time.
