Shoulder press + Pull up + Airdyne

A/B, 4 rounds
5 shoulder press, 105lbs
12 strict pull ups

1x max reps shoulder press at 65%- 12 at 85lbs

Airdyne 21 minutes
Did some intervals towards the end. I did a couple of harder 30s pieces and a min of 10s hard/10s easy. Mostly because I was bored.
