Snatch pull with pause at knee + hang snatch
Hit 160
One decent miss at 165, then pretty much Clarked the second time
Clean pull + hang clean below knee
Hit 195, made the clean twice at 200 but the jerk wasn't there
Back squat 5s, narrow stance and no bounce
215-225-225-225(2, F)-215
I haven't gotten pinned by 225 like that in a while
