Snatch pull + Snatch + Run/Overhead squat/Toe to bar

Snatch Pull (3 Sets of 2 @ 100% - 110% of 1RM Snatch)

180lbs
This was heavy. I was using a bar with no knurling on the outside and therefore using straps, but it was still awkward (same for EMOM).

EMOM for 5 Minutes (touch and go or close if possible)
3 Snatches @ 75% of 1RM

135lbs
This was really heavy. Missed rep 2 of minute 1 behind and rep 2 of minute 4 in front.

15 Overhead Squats 95/65
12 Toes To Bar
