Shoulder press + Snatch + Row + GHR

Shoulder press
5RM - 110lbs
1x5 at 95% - 105
2x5 at 90% - 100

Snatch singles
Hit 170 on my third try or so. Pulled 175, but not today
Missed 150 and 160 behind on the way up (10lbs jumps from 140) before making them on my second attempt

Wave 2 -10lbs jumps from 135 to 165
Pulled 171 a couple of times, but no dice

Rowing internals 30s on/30s off x 10
meters: 140, 141, 142, 144, 142, 143, 141, 140, 140, 142

3x5 glute ham raise
