Conditioning: Kettlebell Clean and Front Squat Ladder
With a partner, complete the ladder, alternating between partners.

1 clean, 1 pause front squat, 2 clean + 2 FS, 3/3, etc. up to 5, then back to 1/1, work back up ladder to 5/5
