3 Thrusters 95/65
3 Pull Ups
6 Thrusters
6 Pull Ups
9 Thrusters
9 Pull Ups
12 Thrusters
12 Pull Ups
Continue to add three reps each round for the remainder of the seven minutes.

10/18 pullups. Painful. Butterfly pullups for the first time in a long while, went pretty well considering. I think my squat strength has improved some, my pressing strength and/or overhead strength may have as well. The thrusters felt pretty good.
