AMRAP 12:
12 DB ground to overhead (45lbs)
12 Walking lunge (each leg)
12 Hand release pushups
I think it was 6 rounds + 11 lunges (per leg)
It might have been 5+ though. It was pretty fun. Need to focus on keeping the DB in close during the snatch, letting it swing is not so good.
