Punishment: all reps must be chained; don't drop weight between reps in the C&J and Farmer's Walk. If you do, 250m row.

Ouch. Couldn't hold on to the dumbbells at all, couldn't do one set unbroken, maybe if I was fresh but even then kind of a stretch. Ended up doing 2x250m rows.
Got some advice and worked on my rowing form some (need to keep my knees locked as I finish the stroke).
