Double unders- all about focus, and I really wasn't today when I did this in warm-up
Handstand pushups- did 4, 6 tonight, got to aggressively push the chest though

ReplyDeleteHit my second gambit swap today! Only tried 2-3 so that's not a bad record. Tried sitting cross-legged and going into a lever and doing splits with minimal success. Mel landed a 3/4 turn like a baller. I give her 2 months before she is definitively better than me (although I may have an advantage since she probably wont get to practice much over break).
No time for aerials club since this week is hell
