DB Push Press/Pull ups/Squats
3 rounds for time of:
10 dumbbell push press (35lbs)
20 pull ups
30 squats
6:13
Push press was kinda sloppy, need to start it like a squat (at the hips) rather than at the knees.

Handstand work. Sore from the planche progressions.
