30 GHD situps
8:17 at 225 DL
Ugly. Round back on DLs. My first WOD with GHDs, I was being told to straighten my legs but I couldn't figure it out and every rep was kinda painful for my lower back.
Skills
Push jerks (I sorta learned to jerk today)
Handstand pushups
