I split it into 20s after the first 200. I did the first 130 unbroken. It's all shoulders, really. Mine were still sore from death by burpees. I did this mostly because Bob did it last week and I didn't have anywhere to put the pull-up bar tonight.

ReplyDeleteMore front flip dismounts. Also did jump mounts to front flip dismount combos for the first time like a BAMF. I think I stuck about 5-6 of 10-12. Had one shitty one where I didn't throw my arms enough, under rotated, and landed sorta on my back. That'll teach me to be a little more aggressive. Tried cartwheels (no successes), and butt bounces (couldn't get the line tensioned correctly), and 360s (think I landed 1 or 2 of the 6/7 I attempted). Still feels great to be flipping.
Did pull ups and handstands and planche progressions as well.
