Handstand Pushups + Box Jump/Run + Pullup/GHD

Buy-in, or whatever
5 sets of 5 handstand pushups (strict), rest around 2 minutes between sets

WOD
“700 Club”
Accumulate 700 points by performing the following exercises:
Run 400 meters = 100 points
Run 200 meters = 50 points
10 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood) = 10 points (must be done in sets of 10)
1 Box Jump (34/30″) = 10 points
1 Box Jump (30/24″) = 5 points
1 Box Jump (24/20″) = 1 point
1 Double Under = 1 point

2 x 200m run, all the rest (60) 34" box jumps- by far the most efficient way to get points. Should have just done box jumps straight through.

Cash out, or whatever
4 rounds for completion:
5 strict weighted pullups (25lbs), rest 45s
10 GHD situps, rest 45s
