KB Snatch + Run

Kettlebell Snatch

Did some of these. Hit my wrist pretty hard. Awesome.

WOD
20 minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute):
200 meter SPRINT

Did this. Ran the first one kinda easy, then sprinted some- made the workout quite a bit harder.
