Rest day.

  1. 2 Hours Mediumline - 30 Minutes Handstands
    Either I'm getting more comfortable on the mediumline or having three people to tighten the line really helps because I was able to do a lot more on the longer line that I usually can in the form of lemur leaps. As far as handstands go I'm definitely getting a little better. My strategy at this point is to bring my legs as close together as I can to limit the number of degrees of freedom.
