My first workout with Panther Crossfit, had a lot of fun. I think my time was pretty solid too.

ReplyDeleteWorking on a handstand mount. Landed one more 360. Met up with a few people who slackline recreationally at Brown. I'm still more experienced than they are and honestly I think you are better than them too.
By workout with Panther Crossfit do you mean you were working out with a group of people or doing the workout on the Panther Crossfit Blog?
I worked out with a group of people. They do group WODs on the weekends. Basically they meet up somewhere (used to have some weight room-type space but that's closed for now) and hit a workout.
ReplyDeleteI think the club president or w/e you'd call him is doing the programming. Today we also went over squat technique before the Tabata squats.
It's a fun environment and a little competition is always cool.
