Did first 4 bench presses at 135 (I weigh about 136 or so), then did the rest at 120. Bench is like 90% of the time spent doing this workout.

ReplyDeleteTried some knee kicks and bb combos and worked the chestbounces. Mel is getting real good at chestbounces and 180 bbs.
