Rest Day

More sore than I thought I would be from yesterday

    Didn't want to bring the mat out so I didn't work backflips. Tried lots of bb combos. Need to work chest bounces because mine suck. Mel has the chest bounce down but her kicks could use some work. I pulled a you and gave her a 1 sentence tip that improved her technique dramatically...maybe I could be a slackline coach in my spare time.
