    Worked more back flips. They aren't scary at all and dont hurt my abs anymore. I came really close to landing another one or two but I have a massive bruise from the line snapping up and hitting me the in thigh.

    Mel hurt her ankle at rock spot working flips and has been taking it easy. We brought a high end camera to the gym yesterday to take footage for videos. Got a lot of good stuff but still need more.
