30 Minutes 2" Brought the backflips to the line today. No successes (I only got my feet back on the line once) but I'm still alive and I'm not afraid of them anymore. Considering I'd never even done a backflip before this Monday I think that's a pretty good accomplishment.
The session was so short because my abs feel like they're ripping apart. I decided that instead of maybe tearing my muscle wall and maybe never being allowed to slackline again I would take some time to let this thing heal...it was actually a really hard decision because I REALLY want this backflip (it sort of been my goal since I started playing with this damn rope). Anyway, now every time I laugh, cough, or stretch out I get a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. I hope it goes away soon.

That last one was close! Abdominal tear = not fun, hope that's not what it is.
