    Did a really good job re-injuring myself today. Worked knee bounce to 180 bb and ybb to knee. Trying to get better at combos. My 360s kinda suck lately...I need to put some more work into them. Mel's bb-cb-bb combos are getting more consistent and she started working on the bb 360 (it's close but she's not committing yet)

  2. If you do actually have an abdominal tear the only thing for it is to not test it. I had a minor tear, I took about a week or ten days off (I did some other stuff for the first few days of that time) and it seemed to fix it.
