Athlete determines the load and number of reps. For example, you can snatch 60 pounds 100 times, or you can clean and jerk 155lbs 39 times. Choose a weight you can handle using proper technique.

Some power snatches, mostly clean and jerk. Hands were the limiting factor, mostly.
