  1. 1.5 Hours Mediumline - 1.5 Hours Stretching
    Stretched a little longer today to make up for yesterday. Got head to feet on stretch #1. It's a lot harder to practice air tricks on a longer line without a ratchet, mostly because I can't tighten the line so I hit ground on my pre-bounce. Tried some contact tricks and gutstands. Gutstands are also more difficult cause the line has more play.

  2. What do you mean, head to feet? Your head shouldn't be very close to your feet at all in that stretch.

  3. Yeah, I know. I looked at that before I posted. Your head should be well north of your feet when you do that. Are you sure you're doing it right?

  4. I'm doing it right. I'll make it past my feet eventually. Getting your head in front of your feet takes a ton of flexibility not only in the groin area but also in the lower back. I'm don't have a lot of lower back flexibility so I hit my feet instead of the ground in front of my feet.

  5. I'm confused. You're saying that your heels are well away from your crotch? If you're doing it right and you can touch your head to your feet, you should be able to suck your own dick and that seems unlikely. :)

  6. My heels are about 6-8 inches from my crotch plus I have size 11.5 feet. The howto says "Move your heels in towards your body as much as possible, while at the same time pushing your knees gently down toward the floor." When I go down my head touches the tips of my toes which are about 1.5 feet from my crotch.

  7. When I do it my heels are about 1.5-2" from my crotch, I guess that's why I was confused.
